P.S. Products ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider).
- Order data: delivery addresses, items purchased, order history.
- Payment data: payments are processed by PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details, we only receive a transaction reference and status.
- Usage data: pages viewed and device information via Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Messages: what you send us via the contact form, chatbot or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, send order updates by email/WhatsApp, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our website, and, only with your consent, send offers.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with: our payment gateway (PhonePe), courier partners (name, address, phone), our email/WhatsApp providers, and our hosting/database providers. We never sell your data.
Retention
Order records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. You may delete your account at any time; other data is removed or anonymised.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing psproduct.in@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected by role-based access controls.
